Farm to cup. Your coffee is sourced directly from our family farms in Acatenango, Guatemala. The farms were established in 1940 by our grandfather, Don Mariano Perez Melendez. He implemented the growing practices that produce the high quality coffee that the farms have become known for. These practices continue to be followed by his son, Herbert Estuardo Perez Liquidano, who now administers the farms.
The soil in the Acatenango region is kept rich by the constant eruptions of the nearby Volcan de Fuego. The cup is characterized by it’s citric acidity, balanced body, floral aroma and a lingering clean finish.
